HOW DO I BUY TICKETS TO YOUR EVENTS?
Visit the Tickets section of the website, where you will find links to buy tickets for all our events that are currently on sale.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND YOUR EVENTS?
Unless otherwise specified, you must be 16 years of age or older to attend our events. Please double check the age restriction information in each event description before purchasing tickets.
DO I NEED TO BRING I.D. TO PROVE MY AGE? WHAT FORMS OF I.D. DO YOU ACCEPT?
Yes – photographic I.D. is required to prove your age. This must have a clear photograph and your Date of Birth on it. Accepted forms of I.D. include a Passport, a Full or Provisional Driver’s Licence, Citizens Card, Yoti Digital Age Verification, or a Home Office approved PASS Card. Entry to our events is at the discretion of venue management, so if you do not hold a valid form of photographic I.D. we highly recommend applying for one using the links below to avoid disappointment.

WHAT IS YOUR TICKETING POLICY?
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. Tickets can either be printed or, in the case of e-tickets, displayed on your mobile.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to offer re:sale of tickets through an official outlet, where applicable.
Please ensure that you purchase your ticket(s) from an authorised ticket agent such as Skiddle, Fatsoma, or Ticketmaster, as any fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected and no refunds will be issued. Tickets are non-transferable so please do not buy from anywhere other than an official outlet.
I CAN’T FIND MY TICKET / TICKET CONFIRMATION - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Check your e-mails first, then try logging into the app where you bought the ticket. If you are still unable to locate them, please contact the customer services of the ticket company where you purchased your tickets.
I’VE LOST SOMETHING AT ONE OF YOUR EVENTS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact the venue where the item(s) were lost. Contact details for each venue should be found on their website.
I’M A DJ/PERFORMER, HOW DO I PERFORM AT YOUR EVENTS?
We love supporting new talent. Keep an eye out for DJ competitions that we regularly hold for our events.
